Shipping Policy

Last updated: April 6, 2019 WholesaleBud.ca (“us”, “we”, or “our”) operates the WholesaleBud.ca website (the “Service”).

Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Every day, we deliver to hundreds of customers across Canada, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

• Processing time: Order verification, quality check and packaging. All orders are packed and shipped directly from our warehouse. Typically it takes us a day or 2 at most to do this.
• Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. Orders are shipped by Canada Post Expresspost which has been determined to be the best option for our customers. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 3 and 5 days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time. Northern communities can expect a bit more.
