Shipping Shipping Policies

Once your payment is accepted, we process and ship your order in 24 hours or less (when possible) – typically by the end of the next business day.

We use standard white padded envelopes, so your orders look like any other postal delivery.

Your orders are sealed in extra thick commercial grade plastic vacuum bags so no odor is detected.

Shipments are tracked through Canada Post. Once your order is processed, we email your tracking number. Check the status of your order at

Shipping is Free for orders of $185 or more. Otherwise, the fee is $17.00 which is lower than our cost.

Safeguard your order by choosing the Xpress Post signature upon delivery option on the Checkout page. Due to an increase of packages being lost, stolen or undelivered by postal workers, we will no longer be responsible for replacement unless you choose this optional coverage. There is an additional fee of $3.00 for the signature option.

Shipments will not be considered lost until 14 days have passed (it doesn’t happen very often, ESPECIALLY when using the Signature Required option).

Remember, Canada Post doesn’t deliver on weekends so our shipping times are based on business days.

Delivery times are subject to change without notice.

Payments on non-business days will be deemed accepted on the next business day.
